Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the piso99 platform (available at piso99.vip and any related mobile interface), you ("the Player," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with the piso99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the piso99 platform. piso99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the piso99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). piso99 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with local laws.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of piso99, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been self-excluded from piso99 or any other online gambling platform covered by a self-exclusion arrangement that includes piso99.

piso99 conducts mandatory age verification through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and winnings will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. piso99 may report underage gambling incidents to relevant Philippine authorities.

Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money features of the piso99 platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You may hold only one (1) piso99 account per person. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Your account must be registered in your own legal name matching your government-issued Philippine identification.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number. This number will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication (2FA), and communications from piso99.

3.2 KYC Verification

piso99 is required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued IDs include: passport, UMID, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, and similar PAGCOR-recognized documents. piso99 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your piso99 login credentials. piso99 will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email. You must notify piso99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. piso99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to adequately safeguard your credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

piso99 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via supported payment methods, which currently include GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the piso99 Cashier page and are subject to change. piso99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 or as otherwise stated on the Cashier page.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• piso99 targets processing of verified GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
• piso99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing. This is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary action.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

piso99 complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA) and PAGCOR's AML requirements. piso99 is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Any attempt to use the piso99 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and reporting to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

piso99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.

• Bonuses are credited to your piso99 bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• piso99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a player's bonus entitlement, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on prohibited games during a bonus, using hedging strategies, or creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash at face value prior to meeting wagering requirements.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the piso99 platform — including live casino games, RNG slots, card games, table games, and sports betting — are governed by game-specific rules published within each game interface or section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

Prohibited Activities

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the piso99 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any piso99 content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any piso99 software; or use piso99's brand name, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, piso99 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from platform use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on any content or information published on piso99.
• Losses caused by events beyond piso99's reasonable control, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

piso99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits piso99's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by piso99's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

Privacy & Data

piso99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering at piso99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the piso99 Privacy Policy.

piso99 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have given consent — marketing communications. piso99 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

Amendments

piso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, piso99 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any amendment, your sole recourse is to close your piso99 account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect. piso99 will process such withdrawal requests promptly.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the piso99 platform shall first be submitted to piso99's internal dispute resolution process via the piso99 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the matter. Nothing in this clause prevents piso99 from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a Philippine court to protect its legal rights.
